Restlet removed as Zendesk server communication framework. This should give a simpler and more robust server communication. As a side effect the plugin jar is now much smaller and hasn't got external dependencies anymore.

The Zendesk-JIRA-plugin has been released in a version 1.3. The major improvement is the support for JIRA 4.
